Wooden Yellow Chick

Perched on straw bales and hiding in flower patches these little chicks are just perfect for a farm collection in small world play. Always found following in their mothers footsteps these little chickens are friends with all the farm animals, often hitching lifts on the back of the other animals.

Hand crafted from sustainable hardwood (sustainably sourced British Sycamore) this chick has a wonderful texture with the wood grain showing through the natural plant based stains.

Due to being hand cut and hand painted with all natural, non toxic, plant based stains the wood grain shows through the detail of these animals meaning each item has its own beautiful unique characteristics. The natural products used to finish our toys means the integrity of the wood is maintained resulting in a wonderful tactile texture whilst ensuring the toys are durable and robust.
